Do you ever feel like, no matter how hard you work to create a life of abundance, scarcity just keeps showing up?

You set goals.

Put in the effort.

But that sense of “enoughness” still feels out of reach.

That feeling of scarcity shows up like an unwelcome guest, which leaves you feeling frustrated and stuck.

Well what if that feeling of scarcity serves a purpose?

And what if I told you that the way to allow abundance into your life is by accepting scarcity?

Sounds ironic, right?

You might even think:

“Scarcity?? I don’t want anything to do with that. Get that shit away from me!”

“I don’t want scarcity in my life, I want an abundant life!”

I hear you.

And I put it to you, that by resisting the idea and the feeling of scarcity, you’re also resisting the experience of abundance.

Don’t push scarcity away. Work with it to allow abundance into your life.

Because the problem isn’t with scarcity itself, but in the way you respond to it.

In this letter, we’ll explore how you can allow abundance into your life — whether it’s

  • Financial abundance

  • Abundance in your health

  • Or even abundance in love and relationships

And we’ll do that by journeying to accept the very thing you’ve been resisting: the idea of scarcity itself.

Let’s get into it.

By the way, I’m coming out with a new free resource for you called “Break Free” to help you uncover the deeper reasons why you feel stuck in your life.

This way, you have awareness of it — and gaining awareness of those deeper reasons is the first step to moving forward.

I’m doing a private launch for those in my mailing list that are interested.

The private launch is on November 13. On the other hand, the public launch will be on November 20.

Scarcity is NOT the Enemy

Most people see scarcity as the enemy — something to be avoided no matter what.

They fear that if they acknowledge that scarcity is there, they’ll attract more of it in their lives (I’m looking at you, manifestation junkies).

But here’s the truth I’ve seen in so many high-achievers:

The more they push scarcity away, the more it shows up in their lives.

Because here’s the thing, resisting scarcity doesn’t lead to abundance — it blocks it.

Imagine trying to pull a door open, not realizing your foot is in the way, keeping it shut.

And you say “No, my foot’s not in the way! Don’t be silly. I just have to pull harder to open this door!”

That’s what it looks like to deny and resist scarcity.

By pushing away the part of you that feels scarcity, you’re unknowingly shutting yourself off from the abundance you’re working so hard to create.

So, don’t push scarcity away. Accept it, and work with it.

The High-Performing Sales Leader Who Found Wisdom in Scarcity

Justin is a sales manager for one of the top insurance companies in the Philippines.

He’s a good friend of mine and he doesn’t know this, but I perceive him as someone who embodies success and confidence from ease and flow.

In the first few years of his sales and leadership career, he received multiple awards, travel incentives to different countries, and his income far exceeded the income of his peers.

He experiences all of those things even to this day!

All of this is possible for him because of his belief in himself and his capabilities. He also just has this innate excitement to do the work that needs to be done.

He’s truly one of the most confident and successful people I’ve had the pleasure of being friends with.

I invited him to a deep coaching experience with me and I got permission from him to share his story with you.

Here’s what happened:

For the past 2 years, he’s experienced somewhat of a decline in his business income.

As we dove into the coaching session, he mentioned that he wanted to find out the root cause of these recent unwanted results.

He said that he’d been trying to resolve this issue for so long, feeling like he’d tried everything… but scarcity kept showing up.

As we talked, it later became clear that he had developed a habit of resisting the feeling of scarcity whenever it appeared in his life.

So, whenever he saw signs of scarcity, he would:

  • Ignore it

  • Push it away

  • And even focus on something else to escape it

In essence, he was resisting scarcity itself.

He would even resist the part of himself that experienced the feeling of scarcity.

But here’s the thing,

What you resist persists.

And so as he unconsciously resisted the idea that he was experiencing scarcity… guess what?

It would show up more!

Which he later realized is exactly what led to his business income declining.

As within, so without.

So, we dug deeper.

A part of him was clearly experiencing scarcity, and when you push away a part of you (because you don’t like it), that part tends to push back.

And so, I told him,

“You know this part of you that feels scarcity? What if it wasn’t trying to sabotage you?

What if it was actually trying to protect you?

So here and now, can you accept and acknowledge that part of you as a part of you that’s trying to protect you — that’s actually trying to help you?

Because that part of you that’s experiencing scarcity? Deep down, it has a positive intention for you.”

He thought for a while. Sighed. Smiled. And said yes.

The moment he said yes, I saw a radical shift in his eyes.

I saw the impact that this idea created for him.

We dug even deeper.

I asked him,

“What’s the positive intention of this part of you that feels scarcity?”

As he reflected on that, he realized that it was trying to protect him from burning money and spending carelessly.

So it was actually trying to help him!

As we continued to dig deeper around this, we found that ultimately that part of him just wanted him to be successful.

At this point, I told him,

“Can you now see that you and this part of you that feels scarcity are actually on the same side?”

You might just have different strategies for achieving success.”

It was a lightbulb moment for him.

Finally, he integrated the part of him that he’s been pushing away (for 2 long years!).

He then mentioned something profound.

He said, “I realize now that this wasn’t scarcity all along. It was actually wisdom in disguise.

As we completed the coaching session he mentioned feeling lighter than he’s ever felt.

He said, “I didn’t expect to feel so relieved!”

I just nodded and smiled at him.

Later, here’s what he said about our work together:

Scarcity as Wisdom

I want you to think about this,

What if scarcity isn’t actually scarcity…

…but wisdom in disguise.

Think about it,

Scarcity and abundance are two sides of the same coin.

They are opposite but inseparable.

By pushing scarcity away, you are unknowingly pushing away abundance too.

So, the next time you feel scarcity, don’t reject it.

Accept and acknowledge it.

And you may just find that it isn’t scarcity at all—

It’s wisdom guiding you.

So, don’t push scarcity away. Work with it to allow abundance into your life.

And if you’re feeling stuck in your journey toward abundance, I’m excited to share that I’m coming out with a new free resource for you called “Break Free.

This is a guide that will help you uncover the deeper reasons why you feel stuck in your life or business. This way, you have awareness of it — and gaining awareness of those deeper reasons is the first step to moving forward.
